The Korda Studios complex currently has one large, 5500 m² (59,201 square foot) workshop and storage building , with areas of various sizes designed for the following uses:

• set construction, storage and repair
• painting, with separate environmentally-friendly paint booth
• plastering and upholstery
  
• metal works and special effects
• lighting, grip maintenance and storage
• storage of camera and camera-moving equipment, camera mounts
• maintenance and storage
• offices for construction and art departments

The workshops, storage facilities, and offices can be rented by outside companies contracted by the production.

Three further large, clearspan workshop buidings will be built as part of Phase II in 2008.
